Night of Stars Cafe is a bar and restaurant that serves up heaping portions of entertainment along with good food.

The cuisine at Night of Stars consists of grilled and fried dishes, such as buffalo wings, chicken fingers, fish and chips, and fried whiting (fish).

Other dishes include fish sandwiches, jumbo fried shrimp, chicken breast cutlet sandwiches, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, turkey burgers, grilled chicken breast sandwiches, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, cheese fries, and seasoned waffle fries.

I sampled the seven chicken finger combination special, which was seasoned, breaded and fried chicken breast slices served with a cream sauce in a tiny separate bowl.

The chicken fingers were served with french fries.

The meal cost $9.25.

At Night of the Stars, there is usually music playing out of the jukebox with an extensive reggae, hip-hop and a rythm and blues catalog.

The evenings really get lively as they are filled with live music. On Wednesdays enjoy the sounds of amateur voices during a karaoke night, hosted by Mr. Jerry Dee.

On Fridays, the sound is more mellow as a jazz band helps the meals and drinks go down smoothly.

Saturday evening is Strength in Numbers Talent Search. Rappers and hip-hop artists perform live and compete for $1,000.
