When you are looking to find something good to eat for lunch and there’s little- to-no time to wait, try some of the best tasting seafood in town at Young’s Fish Market. Located conveniently next to the F-train stop at 169th Street and Hillside Avenue, this fish market gives you your choice of purchasing raw seafood, or the option of cooking a dish for you,

while you wait.

A companion said to me, "When I’m looking for a good fish sandwich, I stop here."

After smelling the aroma, I couldn’t resist.

With too many pieces of fried whiting fish to count inside thinly sliced pieces of white bread, I knew quality was their top priority and taste was not too far behind.

Using the time it takes to order from a fast food window, I’ve purchased a full course meal, for the price that was more than reasonable.

And the buck does not stop with fish.

Young’s also serves up scallops and french fries.

If this is not enough to fill your heart’s desire, buy some more at the market to take home and cook yourself.

It’s simply take-out, therefore you can not sit down and enjoy your meal, but when lunch is 30 minutes, who has time to sit and wait?
